Guidance on Resetting Your Password
When you move to a new room, a new user ID and customer number are registered in the system. As a result, using the previous combination of email address and password might allow access to information for a different room.
Please follow the steps below to set a new password:
- 1. Navigate to the Password Reset Page
Click here to open the password reset page.
- 2. Enter Your Registered Email Address
On the reset page, enter your registered email address. This refers to the email address you are currently accessing.
- 3. Select the Registered Customer Number
A list of customer numbers linked to the entered email address will be displayed. Select your current customer number from the list.
- 4. Set a New Password
Based on the selected customer number, you can set a new password. After setting it, use the email address and new password to log in.
